Focus is only half of it

You focused for an hour.
Your neck paid for it.

A focus timer that catches slouching.

A tomato wearing AirPods

Finish the session and your tomato is harvested into a crate — the redder you kept it, the better you sat. Quit early and it is squashed into ketchup.

Needs AirPods for the posture part. Nothing leaves your Mac.

How does it know?
AirPods have motion sensors. It reads how your head sits, compares it with where you settled at the start, and colours the tomato.
Which headphones work?
AirPods (3rd gen), AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, Beats Fit Pro. One earbud is enough.
Do I need AirPods?
Only for posture. The timer works on its own.
What happens if I slouch?
By default, a soft knock in your AirPods after 45 seconds — and nothing on screen. You can turn that down to nothing at all, or up to a notification. Interrupting focus to protect posture spends the very thing the timer is there to protect.
And at the end?
A short summary during your break, never during the focus itself.
Does it judge my posture?
No. Nothing in your ear can see your spine. It only notices when you drift from how you sat down.
What does it cost?
Nothing. No subscription, no ads, ever.
What do you collect?
Nothing at all. The app cannot reach the internet.
